Sino-German Creative Workshop|Hendrick teaches you "Brand Design"

In the afternoon of November 15, Hendrick Möller led the students of Sino-German Visual Communication and Advertising to have a close encounter with "Brand Design and Corporate Design" in classroom 3501. After the previous lectures on branding, brand development, branding factors, etc., this workshop was a combination of theory and practice, which satisfied the students' desire to experience brand design up close.

Hendrick Möller, a teacher at the University of Applied Sciences for Design and Communication in Hamburg, Germany, has provided design services for internationally renowned brands such as Siemens, Audi, BMW and Taobao.

In advertising design, the most basic elements are brand logo, sound effects, design principles, colors, typography, imagination, materials and design elements. Just talking about these elements is rather abstract, Hendrick showed a variety of excellent advertising design works, from small brands to big brands, from poster design to website design, advertising video, each brand has its own characteristics, the key is where it is positioned. Advertising design not only includes simple logo design, but also contains a large part of the communication and expression of brand values, advertising plays the role of a medium between the customer and the business, and slowly derives its own values and ideological connotation.

For practical purposes, students were allowed to brainstorm in free teams. Based on the materials sent, design three works about Ningbo elements, a layout design, a website design and a packaging design.

Each group had their own special ideas, among which were about pets, beer, ties, Ningbo snacks, bicycles, etc.

Everyone had their own distinctive ideas and put them into practice in their minds.

Through a free vote in the whole room, each person cast three votes in their hands to three different groups, and the group with the most votes received the certificate.
