On September 6, 2019, the orientation and reporting activities for the 2019 freshmen of the Sino-German College of Design and Communication, officially kicked off.
In order to facilitate the new students to go to the college, Sino-German College arranged several student volunteers to go to the South Railway Station, South Bus Station and Passenger Transportation Center to wait for picking up students. 6:00 am on the 6th, the first batch of shuttle buses departed from Qianhu Campus with the enthusiasm of volunteers and the college, and shuttled back and forth throughout the day.
At the reporting site of the new students, Zhejiang Wanli College Qianhu Campus Sports and Arts Center, several teachers and volunteers were on hand to guide and arrange the reporting for the new students at every step of the process. From registration, fee payment, accommodation allocation, campus card service, etc., all the processes that new students need to complete when reporting are concentrated here, realizing the efficient reporting service of "one trip at most".
At the site of the orientation, each new student of the Sino-German College can also receive a "gift bag", which contains student handbooks, souvenirs and other materials with characteristics of the Sino-German College. The orientation site also prepared creative signs for students to "keep up with the times": "Duck", "Good luck", etc., which became the first place for the new students to "get in touch" with the Sino-German College. It became a beautiful scenery of the first stop of C-Tech College.
This is the second year of orientation of Zhongde College, all departments of the college cooperate with the school to ensure the smooth development of the orientation work. The new students had zero distance contact with the college during the orientation process, and had a more three-dimensional cognition of the college, which also brought the distance between the new students and teachers and old students closer.
