In the afternoon of April 26, 2021, the Student Party Branch of International College held a branch meeting in classroom 3126 to conduct the election of branch members. Huang Heqing, deputy secretary of the General Party Branch of International College, Li Danwei, secretary of the Student Party Branch, and members of the Student Party Branch participated in this general meeting.
The meeting was hosted by Ding Yuanrong, the deputy secretary of the Student Party Branch. Comrade Ding Yuanrong reported the number of party members to the conference. 49 party members should be present, including 24 official party members, 39 party members were present, including 17 official party members, in line with the relevant provisions of the general re-election, and introduced the process and election methods of this meeting. Then, Comrade Li Danwei reported the work to the branch party congress on behalf of the branch committee. Then, the moderator introduced the four candidates accordingly, and all the party members who had the right to vote elected three members of the branch committee from the four candidates by secret ballot. In this general re-election meeting, Li Danwei, Liang Jianan and Lin Chen were elected as members of the new Student Party Branch Committee.
Finally, Comrade Huang Heqing, on behalf of the General Party Branch of the College, made a concluding speech to the meeting, congratulated the successful conclusion of the re-election and put forward requirements for the work of the new branch: I hope the new branch will adhere to the standard of the work regulations of the branches of the Communist Party of China to strictly implement the basic tasks; implement the theory and basic policies of the Party, give full play to the pioneering role of Party members, unite the masses; study Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought, Deng Xiaoping Theory, the important thought of "Three Represents", the Scientific Outlook on Development and Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, and promote "two studies and one work" learning and education; educate and supervise Party members, and to Close contact with the masses and strengthen the branch construction.
