The branch meeting mainly deliberated and voted on the conversion of 9 reserve members and the acceptance of 12 key development targets as reserve members after a one-year inspection period. First of all, the nine preparatory members summarized their study, work, life and ideology in the past year and submitted their application for conversion. The party branch reported the situation of consulting the masses inside and outside the party, and the participants expressed their opinions, evaluated their strengths and weaknesses, and discussed whether the preparatory members could be turned into full members. The General Assembly voted by secret ballot, and the number of those in favor was more than half of the party members who should be present and have the right to vote. Finally, the branch assembly passed the resolution of receiving the transferring party members, and the preparatory party members expressed their attitude towards the discussion of the branch assembly.
Then Ms. Huang Heqing gave a speech on the meeting, emphasizing that the personal dreams of party members should be combined with the national dreams. She hoped that all party members should give full play to the pioneering role of party members in their work and life, strictly follow the party constitution and fulfill their obligations as party members.
