On November 29, 2022, the Party General Branch of Sino-German College of Design and Communication held a theoretical central group study meeting. The meeting focused on the "Constitution of the Communist Party of China (Amendment)" adopted by the 20th Party Congress. Huang Heqing, Deputy Secretary of the Party General Branch of the Sino-German College of Design and Communication, led the study, and a total of five members of the General Branch attended the meeting.
The party constitution is the fundamental law of the party and the general rule that the whole party must follow. This amendment to the Party Constitution has written the results of the Party's theoretical innovation, practical innovation and institutional innovation since the 19th Party Congress into the Party Constitution, and has written some important ideas, perspectives, major strategies and initiatives proposed in the 20th Party Congress report into the Party Constitution, which is a glorious banner to lead the Party to achieve its historical mission in the new journey of the new era. Huang Heqing explained the content and significance of the amendments to the Party Constitution, taking into account the comparison of the Party Constitution before and after the amendments.
Members of the central group made an exchange of speeches around the revised Party Charter and regulations. Party General Branch Secretary Zhang Yiping stressed that as a party member, we must firmly establish the awareness of the party constitution, fully grasp and accurately implement the basic content of the party constitution, truly take the party constitution as the fundamental standard for strengthening party cultivation, firmly take a political position, improve political awareness and enhance party cultivation.
