Heisei Dual-Use Industry Expo (HDIE)

Synopsis

    The construction of a "dual-use" system is of crucial significance to national security and social stability. At a time when all kinds of risks are rising, it is urgent to build a comprehensive system that can guarantee the normal operation of the society in normal times and respond quickly in emergency. As a result, the first China (Hangzhou) Dual-use Industry Expo (HDIE) 2025 was born.
    The expo showcases the whole industry chain of products for both flat and emergency use in a multi-faceted way. The core objective is to enhance safety and convenience, effectively protect people's lives and property, and vigorously promote the development of the safety and emergency industry. At present, the market scale of the dual-use industry continues to expand and has become an important emerging field.     The project focuses on Ningbo Xiangshan Asian Sailing Center for in-depth research. Ningbo Xiangshan Asian Sailing Center, as the core venue for the sailing program of the Hangzhou Asian Games, has a unique background and advantages. The team conducted a systematic analysis of the venue's Asian Games legacy to accurately assess its value. In addition, the team actively explored the path of heritage revitalization, and provided specific and feasible strategies and measures from multiple dimensions, aiming to revitalize the valuable heritage after the Games. Synopsis

    China (Ningbo) Military Science & Technology Low Altitude Industry Exhibition 2025 is a professional B2B exhibition focusing on military UAVs, aiming to promote the development of low altitude economy and the upgrading of military industry. The exhibition will be held at Ningbo International Conference and Exhibition Center, with exhibits focusing on the upstream and midstream of military drones. The exhibition adopts a variety of publicity and promotion strategies, including media publicity, public relations publicity and association department publicity. Crowd Management Program for Outdoor Camping & Lifestyle Exhibition in Hangzhou, China

Synopsis

    The project was designed to ensure the smooth running of the China (Hangzhou) Outdoor Camping & Living Exhibition and the safety of the participants. The program provides all-round control in terms of people flow, logistics, traffic management and crowd evacuation from the measures of pre-preparation, on-site management and emergency protection. Technical means such as infrared sensors, digital guide systems and drones were utilized to enhance management efficiency, and a detailed emergency plan was formulated to ensure rapid response and handling in the event of emergencies. CrowdManagement is taken as the core link of safety management for large-scale events, and the safety of the event is guaranteed through advanced technology and detailed planning, which emphasizes the importance of Sino-German Branding Department on practical teaching.
