On November 3, 2023, the sixth delegation and student representative assembly of Sino-German Branding Department of Zhejiang Wanli University was held in 53109, which is the first time for Zhejiang Wanli University to hold the meeting.
Mr. Huang Heqing, Deputy Secretary of the General Party Branch of Sino-German Branding, Mr. Jiang Ying, Deputy Secretary of the Youth League Committee of Zhejiang Wanli University, Mr. Li Danwei, Director of the Academic Work Office of Sino-German Branding, Mr. Liang Jiannan, Secretary of the Youth League Branch of Sino-German Branding, Mr. Gao Ziwei, representative of the Students' Union of Zhejiang Wanli University, the Youth League Teachers and Student Representatives of the sister colleges, as well as a total of 113 Youth League Members and Student Representatives of 11 delegations of the Department attended the conference. The meeting was presided over by Wu Shiqing, the student backbone of Sino-German Branding Department.

01 Singing of the National Anthem Opening Remarks
The conference was opened in the sound of the national anthem, and Qian Rui, the student backbone of the general branch of the academic department, delivered the opening speech for the conference.
02Congratulatory remarks from representatives of sister colleges
Xu Huibo, Secretary of Youth League Committee of School of Information and Intelligent Engineering, delivered a congratulatory speech for the conference. She highly appreciated the excellent achievements made by the academic department in the past academic year in the areas of reunion work, industrial education, international exchange, talent cultivation, volunteer service and summer social practice. Ms. Xu expressed her hope that the two institutions could continue to work together in the coming days and wished the conference a complete success.

04 Speech by the Leader of the School Committee
Ms. Jiang Ying, Deputy Secretary of the Youth League Committee of the university, delivered a speech for this conference, on behalf of the Youth League Committee of the university, she put forward several wishes for the General Branch of the Chinese-German Branding Department: she hoped that the General Branch of the Chinese-German Branding Department could strengthen the joint collaboration in its work, guide the students to become the strivers, pioneers and dedicates in the forefront of the times, and fully inspire the Chinese youth of the new era to play an important role in the construction of a strong country and the rejuvenation of the nation, so as to contribute to the youthful strength of the university for building a first-class domestic and internationally renowned high level university of application. The university will contribute to the development of our university into a first-class domestic and internationally recognized high-level applied university.
05Remarks by the Head of the Department
Mr. Huang Heqing, deputy secretary of the Party branch of Sino-German Branding Department, summarized the excellent achievements of the department in the past year, highly praised the teachers and students who worked hard for this, and put forward four points of hope for the future development of the Sino-German Branding Department's Youth League General Student Union, which is a common encouragement to the members of the new Youth League General Student Union of the college:
First, find the position, clear responsibilities. I hope that student leaders should always keep in mind the purpose of serving students, find their own position, and conscientiously fulfill their duties;
Second, unity and solidarity. All departments should have clear responsibilities, each in its own way, to form a combination of point-line management mechanism;
Third, work and study. I hope that student cadres in the student work to exercise their own ability at the same time, can work harder to solidify their own cultural knowledge, for the future development of work to lay a solid foundation;
