According to Zhang Yiping, vice president of Zhejiang Wanli College Sino-German College of Design and Communication, in 2018, the German Brand University of Applied Sciences and Zhejiang Wanli College jointly established the Sino-German College of Design and Communication to carry out 2+2 mode of cooperative education, and the first batch of more than 100 students will go to Hamburg, Germany, in October this year, to start a two-year study course in Germany and become the messenger of Sino-German youth cultural exchange.
