On the afternoon of October 18 and 19, Yves Sonolet, a motion graphics teacher at the University of Applied Sciences for Design and Communication in Hamburg, Germany, brought a "new world" to the two majors of visual communication and advertising.
The foreign teacher talked about the importance of current design and photography from his own school and work experience.
This is a video by Professor Yves in collaboration with the Beijing Dance Company, which combines music, animation and dance in the most visually striking scattering and aggregation of shapes, giving a sense of the charm of media advertising.
In this workshop class, the foreign teacher showed the students a lot of unexpected pictures and short videos in a unique and open teaching style.
For example, this picture: the forest is supposed to be the lungs of the earth. The perfect combination of the lungs and the forest graphically expresses the inseparable relationship between man and nature, thus highlighting the ecological and environmental issues.
In this picture, the heckling firefighters form a clear conflict with the windows that are on fire in the distance. The firefighters, who should be putting out the fire, are laughing and joking in front of the mall, illustrating that ecological protection requires each of us to contribute.
Professor Yves gave the students the knowledge and methods of photography, such as: how to focus, how to use, and the procedures. He explained the imaging principle of cell phone camera, and introduced the depth of field effect, exposure, focus and other tools, and also took out his own "Huawei" cell phone to analyze the difference between cell phone photography and SLR.

This time, not only did we get in touch with pr software for the first time, but we also learned how to use the content of the class by shooting and temporary production in the classroom, and we also benefited from the comments of the foreign teacher.
@Chenjunlu
I learned the effect conveyed by the split screen and felt the unique charm of the design. I hope to experience more distinctive visual enjoyment in the next class ~
@LiJing
Through this workshop, I learned how to make videos and experienced a different sense of design. I know that in fact, we should not only pay attention to the visual effect but also the sound effect in making commercials.
