The Theoretical Study Center Group of the General Party Branch of Sino-German Branding Department held a special meeting to study Xi Jinping's Cultural Thought and Regulations on Chinese-Foreign Cooperative Schools.

On November 9, 2023, the Party General Branch of Sino-German Branding Department held a theoretical central group study meeting. The study centered on Xi Jinping's cultural thought as well as the study of Chinese and foreign cooperation regulations for the nature of the college, which was led by Zhang Yiping, the General Committee of the Party Branch of the Department of Sino-German Branding, with a total of four members of the General Branch attending the meeting.

At the National Education Conference, General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized that strengthening the Party's overall leadership of education is the fundamental guarantee for good education. As an important part of China's higher education, Chinese-foreign cooperative schools must adhere to and strengthen the leadership of the Party, adhere to the Party's construction and Chinese-foreign cooperative school talent cultivation, scientific research, social services, cultural heritage and innovation, international exchanges and cooperation, etc., in order to provide ideological, political and organizational guarantee for the reform, development and stability of Chinese-foreign cooperative schools, and the completion of the Party's and the country's major strategic tasks. The ultimate goal of Chinese-foreign cooperative education is to serve the overall situation of reform and development of the Party and the country, so the leadership of the Party is indispensable in the process of running the school. Comrade Zhang Yiping emphasized that as a brand-new school-running institution, we should grasp the party construction at the beginning of school-running, promote the school-running cause to make new achievements with the strong leadership of the party, and provide intellectual support and talent guarantee for the modernization of the local and national construction.

The comrades of the center group shared their own learning experience on the theme of this study. Comrade Huang Heqing thinks that through this study, he has a more concrete understanding of the Party building work of the Ministry of Education on Chinese-foreign cooperative schools. Chinese-foreign cooperative schools are characterized by ideological and cultural pluralism and the direct intersection and collision of various ideologies. In the process of management, the Sino-German Brand School needs to strengthen the daily education of teachers and party members, improve the implementation of various systems of organizational life, and give full play to the pioneering and exemplary role of teachers and party members. Comrade Gaudi believes that our school department as a teaching unit, party building work should take the curriculum as the grip, to educate people as the goal, tamping the ideological and political and teaching work in colleges and universities as the foundation. Promote the various courses, guard a section of the canal, plant a good field of responsibility, and implement the fundamental task of establishing morality and educating people. Through the curriculum construction promotion meeting, collective lesson preparation meeting, and other activities, to create and condense "in the grand narrative of China's rise, tell the 'East' rise 'West' fall and China's story" college characteristics. The school has been able to develop the characteristics of the school. We actively utilize the international vision of returnee teachers, the international teaching resources of foreign teachers, and the comparative advantage of writing thesis in the practice of national economic construction, to dig deep into the elements of ideology and politics. Comrade Luo Jun believes that there are certain differences between China and foreign countries in terms of civilization, way of thinking and ideology, and the students' thoughts, values and thinking are also showing a diversified trend, so how to create a good political ecological environment, build teachers' and students' cultural self-confidence and cross-cultural thinking ability in the process, enhance the cultural identity of foreign teachers and students, and improve the organizational strength and cohesion of the party building work are new topics to be thought about. It is a new topic for us to think about.
