The meeting was attended by Mr. Huang Qinghe, Deputy Secretary of the General Party Branch of International College, and all the reserve party members. The purpose of the party class was to urge all the reserve members to study the party constitution and history, understand the ideology and strengthen the party spirit, enhance the mission and responsibility, and strive to be qualified party members.
Mr. Huang Qinghe first emphasized that the Party Constitution is the general constitution of the Party, which is the fundamental code of conduct that the whole Party must abide by, and is the fundamental law of the Party. Secondly, Mr. Huang explained the history of the revision of the party constitution, so that all the preparatory party members could understand that the party constitution was revised through continuous improvement. Lastly, Mr. Huang led all the members to study the highlights of the revision of the Party Constitution in the 19th National Congress: the Decision of the CPC Central Committee on Conscientiously Studying, Publicizing and Implementing the Spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Party included Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics in the New Era in the Party Constitution; it drew a new blueprint and set new goals for the future development of China.
This meeting not only let the preparatory party members who participated in the study have an in-depth understanding of the Party's constitution and history, but also made them realize the importance of theoretical knowledge learning, and urged them to conduct sufficient theoretical study in the next study, use the knowledge to guide the practice, work diligently in the study, and strictly require themselves by the standard of party members.
